I swear this bike will be my undoing... I just cant figure this things problem out, it runs great going up through the gears but when I let off the throttle and then get back on it, it boggs and then slowly kicks back in. I have thouroughly cleaned, jetted and rejetted the carb, and tried several different spark plugs(brands and heat ranges) and I just cant get it to run right, Im almost ready to sell it!
how long are ya lettin out of the throttle...?, you test your needle+Seat?..

Is this bike completely stock or what mods does it have? Is the fuel pump working 100%?

GOOD Call, also check the floats to be correct. I'd say the pump could use some new guts, if the carb is correct.

not to hijack, but where can you get re-build kits for the pump?

It sound like everything is new...:wondering . I believe with new springs on the floats you'd be fine. What are the chances you have the fuel lines switched. Could you be in the Reserve instead of the full flow? It doesn't sound like air leak at all but I'm sure you've triple checked at this point.
