Replacing Fork Boots

On a 250sx, How do drop the shock to get to the boot? Is it the allen head bolt at the bottom?

All you do is loosen the triple tree clamps. Then take a very thin flat head screw driver and spread the clamps apart very carefully. Then take a rubber mallet, a socket and shop towl. Put the shop towl on top of the fork, then place a very large socket (deep one) on top of the fork and hit with the rubber mallet. Its best to do each side alittle at a time to remove both forks. Oh forgot to mention, you MUST have the front end off the ground with a floor jack under the engine skid.

glad i saw this im geting to put new boots on a 200x work the same way? ty
