Looks good. Could you flip the headlight around and put it it the headlight bucket? Is it running good now?

Looks like some fun! Time to hit egay for some of those parts. Good thing is most of those parts are available and not too high.

Travex, It does run good now, I cleaned the pilot jet a lot and turned the idle speed up a bunch and now it runs and idles good. I bought a headlight and front fender off ebay and bought a brake lever mount from dratv.com. I bought a rear rack from someone on the forums. The headlight and rack arent here yet but they should be here soon.

ScottZJ, I am going to put a lawnmower battery in the rear toolbox like you did. What guage wire did you use for the battery cables? Thanks.

Well I do believe its the 4/6 gauge cable. But its the kit you get at the auto store. I think I paid like 15-20$ for it with the connectors on it. The cable is just a tad long but its good to have extra just in case you tilt the rear fenders back to work on something. If you dont, then you have to unhook the battery everytime you tilt the fenders back. I also drilled small holes in the bottom to fit zip ties up and around the battery. This will secure it and keep from moving.

Which auto store did you get it from? Is it a kit for "Putting the battery in the rear toolbox on the Honda 250ES" or is it just a battery cable kit?
Oh ya and by the way, How many Big reds do you have?? I have seen quite a few in pictures you have posted.

No, just a positive and negative battery cables with ends on em. You can eye ball the length you'll need, probably a 18" and 12".

Well it was just a negative and positive cable kit that you use for the battery. It works great I just wish the SX had a larger trunk as I would use it for my SX's too.
I do have 3 big reds and 2 SX's and one 250r. I would have one more but some how travis made me trade for another 250r rofl!

I've got some old cars that have some pretty small battery cables I will take a look at them tomorow.

I got a 6 guage cable for the big red. It is a 3 footer and it is perfect length. I also installed all the inner tubes in the tires so they dont leak. And I installed a new brake cable from dratv.com, they are the best! Still looking for some rear fenders.
