was there a 125 horizontal motor w/reverse?

I got a 125 motor from an old trx i think. it's the sideways motor like atc's but it has electric start and reverse. i'm not sure if it came from a quad, but will it fit in a 110 frame?

The 85-86 TRX 125 had the laydown motor with electric start and reverse but no low range. Let us know if it fits. I had both here at the same time but never compared them.

If that motor doesn't work for you and you want to sell it, let me know. I just picked up an 85 trx frame and need a motor if reasonable. I am restoring one for my son. I had bought him one new in 85 when he was 11.

It fits

It has the reverse, a low first gear (Low range plus first) your normal high range 1-4 gear.
