I am planning on buying a atc 86, honda 250R tomorrow with a 310 big bore kit in it. Is this kit any good. I have no idea who even makes this kit. I assume it has a different carb also. What should I look for, and what is the deal with the 310 kit. Thanks! Reliable?

anything is reliable if its taken care of,
just nitpicking. you said anything is reliable when cared for, which is not always the case.
just go over it before you buy it, and look out for stuff that may need replaced soon.
and after you buy it, inspect it now and then to make sure new problems arent arising.
