My continuing project... Here she is guys, have a new swingarm (with a bit of work done, weld, repaint) coming on in a week or so. Different back tires and wheels, number plate in the front.
Just thought I would ask what ya guys thought, the plastic is not latched on the bike in this pic, and the rear exhaust is not completely mounted. Runs like a raped ape!! You get the picture anyway, hope everyone likes!

oh yeah, just a little update. fenders will be trimmed, number backgrounds, maybe a decal here or there, but im not going to clutter it up. looking hard for a 250r axle, then will come along the other swingarm with beadlocks.

Looks awesome! just wondering what you mean by trim the fenders? As in location? And if you have no luck finding a 250r axle, I can confirm the 1st generation 200x axles will work, they are +2'', you can use the same disc/hub, but need the sprocket hub.

Is the frame powdered or painted? Going to do my R in the next week or so and haven't decided what I am going to do. What was the cost to powder/paint?

Believe it or not that is stock paint on the frame. Bought this one off of an older guy that used it as a pit bike at the drag races. Super 90, I have a hard time believing a 1st gen X axle will work, but I will take your word on it... I just want more info, because I would do that swap in a HEARTBEAT. You give me hope, Im not having any luck finding an R axle!! Thanks for the comments guys, better pics to come!

Thanks buddy! Thats what I dont understand about super90 using an 85 axle on his 86. I am aware of the R axles that interchange, but have never heard of 1st and 2nd gen x axles working together.
