so i been lookin inside my old honda 200, when i got it it was stuck the pull start wouldnt move the engine and i couldnt clutch start it, the wheels just locked, so after getting the valve cover off we found out that the chamber was full of water, the bottem of the valves were rusted stuck, which i think i can clean back to perfect, the worst bit is that the piston wont move, i think its right at the bottem of its stroke so i can push it down to try to free it up, ive already slightly broken a cooling fin trying to pull the chamber up, ive left it sitting with oil in it but none seems to be getting through... is there anything i can used to free it up better? maby an acid or something? im pretty sure its gonna need a re bore and new piston and rings at least so maby i can drill the piston till i can brake it out? this is my first attempt at fixing an engine, so any help at all would be great

Lots of PB Blaster, Diesel or Kerosene, Marvel mystery oil, and Automatic Tranny Fluid. Just spray the PB Blaster on the piston so there is a noticable amount then just mix the other ingredients up and dump it in keeping in mind that you dont have to fill the cylinder to achieve your goal. Let it set for a day or 2, put it in gear and try to rock it back and fourth a few times to help loosen it. Keep doing this for a week if need be THEN try to pull it behind something. Keep an eye on the fluid level too and see if it drops at all.

Try a little Kangaroo urine, lol........
ANY penetrating lube will hopefully get it turning again.

I posted pics of what PB Blaster and Marvel Mystery oil looks like. Most auto parts stores carry these.

Yep What DC said, its a penetrating oil. PB Blaster is just a big name company but does seem to work the best.
EDIT: Russ you beat me to the pics ;)

Just get a old wood hammer handle and use it as a punch to drive the piston down. If its at the bottom of its stroke loosen the jug and raise it and the pison together and used a block of wood to hold it up so you can drive the piston down.

Drastic but may work
Make many holes around the piston to free the connecting rod from the dome

DOT 3 brake fluid always worked well for me.

Take the pull starter off and use a socket, wrench and a breaker bar to free it up.

there is a spray lube we used called LPS......it isn't cheap as far as spray lubes are concerned, but very effective. I buy it at NAPA.

This is what I did with mine that wa seized after letting it sit in diesel for 24 hours. Worked wonders.

Basically do what erics350x said. My honda xl125s was sitting in a pasture for more than 5 years and the crankcase was half full of rain water. I even had to bread the clutch loose. I just filled the bore with PB blaster, let it sit for a week and then took the head off, put a wood block on top the piston and gave it gradually larger blows. after I got it to break free and the crank bottomed i shimmed the jug with blocks and kept hitting it down. also not sure if its better than PB blaster or not but try Sea Foam Deep Creep works instantly!!!
