Dude, I'm in a similar boat.... I can't check my engine compression.

I tried a thermometer, an apple and my Moms big thumb - nothing works....

Heat and a flywheel puller made for that machine will work


DC, have you tried sticking the thermometer up the exhaust? I hear thats how the old timers used to do it :wondering
