Right now i have a generic 27mm pd carb on my 200x, I didnt realize the stock one was 27mm also so I didnt really feel any performance gains except it solved the idling problem. Im looking into a bigger carb now or a higher quality one. Im looking at the keihin 27mm carb for the 86 200x and a 28mm mikuni off ebay. The mikuni is only around 60 bucks and the keihin is 150. Would the 28mm mikuni out perform the keihin? Also If I just went and got a 29mm and bored the intake out, would it be getting too much air/fuel since it dosent have any internal engine work like porting?
