I went riding this weekend and started my Bro's Z and moved it off the truck and parked it. (I rode it for about 1 minute back at the house before putting on the truck. Fired 1st kick!) That was an hour before. When I went to start it, it did nothing. I tried pulling it but nothing not even a bogging sound. checked the exhaust and it was full of gas. Like a 1/4 gallon. I had the carb completely gone through about 1 yr. ago. (It was sitting all that time except for the ocassional warmup.) tHE PLUG IS SPARKING. ANY IDEAS WHY IT WONT START? ?

Your crankcase is full of gas too...
Just turn off the gas to the bike, and pull start (rope and another bike) it in the wide open throttle position untill it starts. You will notice fuel coming out of the exhaust when you get it started. Then you will need to adjust your carb so it doesnt allow fuel to fill up your engine.

I stripped the carb and cleaned it with carb cleaner.

When you trailer you need to turn the gas off at the petcock. The bouncing will let gas into your engine from the carb and then you will get hydrolock in the engine from the gas.
