Original Tri-z 250

What would an all original Black Tri-Z 250 with good plastic, bad fuel pump, no rear caliper be worth?

with out hearing it run (bad fuel pump) if its in nice shape, and has cood comp. 800 hear it run 1000-1200 depends on what kinda shape its in.

I've been looking and there seem to be plenty around the country for 700-1000 that need some love here or there. Good plastic means presentable but used right? I'm sure a 100% mint appearance barely ridden more than 15 hours machine would bring 3 or 4 times the money but for some reason i haven't seen any well used 'runners' for much over air cooled R money.

agree with evand but go look at it if you havent then make your decesion!!! TRI-Z are worth it just alittle harder to find parts!

if its got good compression than id pay 1000-1200 a fuel pump isnt nothing but a couple dollars and 10-15 minutes of your time. kick it over slow and listen for a noise when it gets to tdc if theres a knock thats piston slap if its loud the top end is wore
