I finally got my 200e engine to run, and a few days after running it, I had a compression loss again, and its now at 90psi from 152psi. Any ideas on what i *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* up?

Well, there are a few things you can check, make sure the decomp lever isn't stuck first off :D. Make sure the timing is to spec, should tell you how to check it in the manual, and make sure your head gasket didn't get fried, more importantly. When you rebuilt it, did you remember the dowel pins? If not, the heating and cooling might've moved the head and that causes the compression to go bye bye :D.

did any of the acorn nuts come loose? did you retorque them? they hold the cylinder, head, and head cover onto the cases

did you hone your cylinder correctly and break in the rings correctly?

Those little things that look like a stubby metal straw, very short and stubby, they go on the head/bottom end to line the head up.

i remembered those, i found that the cam had the lil pin broken on it where it holds the...spark maker.. in place. Could this of had an effect, and how could it have broken?

You mean the pulse generator? That cover that says CDI? If that doesn't work you won't get any spark.

if the pin that turns the pulse generater on the cam broke you will still have compression but no spark. the acorn nuts on the head do loosen sometimes and when that happens your lucky if it dosent blow the head gasket again... also check your valve clearance (.08 in .05 ex) if the clearance is not enough the valves wont close all the way

also the aftermarket metal head gaskets are the best
