i have a stock bore cylinder for an 84 200X (65mm). in order to use a 65.5mm wiseco 10.25:1 piston, how far do i bore the cylinder out in order to use this piston? would i bore it .5mm or ????? thanks!

you would bore the cylinder a little at a time until you get the correct piston to cylinder wall clearance the piston should come with papers saying the correct clearance

thanks, i looked at the paper and figured out that it has to be bored to 65.55mm.

Nothings ever perfect. You will need to go little by little as stated till the proper clearance is achieved. If your sending it away to be bored any reputable machinist will need the piston before touching the cylinder.
