what size head pipe

For best performance on mildly modded 200x? Wanting to build my own exhaust and I'm not sure what works best. Stock looks pretty small in my opinion.

the stock head pipe is very small i think honda did it to detune the 200x. the aftermarket head pipes work well im not sure of the exact measurement though about 1-3/4 i think. the cobra aftermarket pipe makes a good hp gain

Can the bigger aftermarket head pipes be bought seperate? I have an idea for a cylindrical shaped straight through muffler with stainless end caps that would look like a mini street bike muffler which shouldn't be any big deal to make, I just don't have a bender to make the head pipe. I mean I can do the fill the pipe with sand and bend it over a radius routine which will work but its slow and hard work.

i would search ebay for a used aftermarket set up, im pretty sure you cant buy just the head pipe.

or post a WTB in the for sale forum here. some one must have one they will let go cheap:beer

ive never seen them listed seperate but mabye if you contacted the company they would sell just the head pipe...just tell em you already have the silencer and only need the header
