I have a 250r 81-84 air cooled motor brand new out of the box never started
what would i ask for it i see the rebuilt ones go for good coin

If its factory fresh oem...I would say its worth prob. $1000-1500 to a collector on ebay.

We usually only see 86 350X and 85/86 250R crate motors for sale.... Post up some pics!!

I'd side right with 3Razors on the estimated price.

It is very rare to find that model motor never run......

I have two of them brand new just like that never ran one minute
let me clean them both up they are just sitting in the shop collecting dust

Ive had a couple aircooler Rs. Bought a couple of engines to.

I say you could get 6-800. This engine isnt that sought after.
