Hey...I recognize that trike....
I too have never seen nor heard of there ever being fork extensions for the 200e Big Red, since they have front suspension. But after looking at the package on ebay, it appears to be true, that there actually is at least one pair for the Big Reds.
I imagine they are similiar to the ones posted in the other thread, but the design is probably a little different to accept the Big Red forks. It will rotate the front brake drum foward and you might need a longer brake cable to compensate.
If you win them, post up some pics as I am curious to see what they look like as well.
