for some reason my tri-z is overfueling...I have replaced the fuel pump, the needle and seat, and blown all the lines and the return tee out and it still does it!! it runs perfect with the petcock in the off position but as soon as I turn it on it starts bogging and smoking really bad until it just dies... Does anyone have any ideas???????? I have worked on hundreds of machines and never had any problem like this!!!!

It almost sounds like your choke is sticking on. Check out your carb again. Also make sure your fuel lines are all routed correctly. If possible, swap it with another carb to rule that out first. Maybe the floats are stuck or not adjusted properly? Is there a restriction in the air filter? Maybe too much oil? See how it runs with the air filter removed, but not in the dirt!

sound like the float got bent OR..check the line from the T fitting back to the tank .. if that pluged it will do that ...In the T fitting .. the part that goes back too the tank has a small hole in the fitting to allow the right amount back and into the carb ..check for blockage there ...Be real careful pulling hoses on the T fitting there real brittle..
