alot of people have asked about it, here it is in the final stages of rebuilding. I have replaced the jug, piston, rebuilt (kind-of) the carb, removed all the stupid stickers form the bodywork, sandblasted and painted the frame and swing arm, got a new front tire, bled the brakes, and started assembly. I still need to refurbish the fiberglass fenders and find some good used 200X wheels. Im going to get some 16 inch tall turf tires for the rear, saw them at agway. MIK6, those rims you donated are 10 inch wide, sorry cant use em. I have not heard this thing run yet, I need a petcock and a kill switch too. Lil Holic is super excited about it, but he still wont ride his zinger. I guess I will put him on this, and once he realizes it will stall everytime he tries it, he will go to the Zinger, I hope!

hey holic looks great man. also wanted to let you know that they make an adjustable link for the suspension on the 60 s. seen it today in a book and thought about you, it may work good for you and your son.keep up the great work. G-MAN 8)

Looking great Holic! Way to go with the "authentic for the era" UNI-TRAK decals on the swingarm! Nice touch! But Please tell me you haven't peeled that sticker off the rad shroud! :shock: The 16 inch tires will be awesome. I've got an extra green frame/white screen front number plate that would be awesome on the little trike. But sadly I CANNOT part with it. :( Maybe you can find one.

I love that 60! Am i seeing wrong? or does it already have an adjustable link strut?

bottom end suddenly locked up trying to start it, Ive never split a case, and I dont want to start. It seemed to turn over fine, and even sputtered a little bit, then the kicker locked up, and not even the axle would turn the motor frontwards or backwards. I dont know what to do now. I would sell it but I have like $900 in this effin thing already. WTF?? It kicked over many times, and now its all locked up I dont think the crank is whats doing it, but it must be.

lil' holic looks happy! lol, it could be a tooth or something that got caught in the kicker.

Holic.... It sounds like the kicker assem to me. Ask howdy to look up on the microfich. I have been into a T3 a ton of times, it the kicker assem is simular I'll come down and help w/ it.

I pulled the motor, and the clutch cover. I dont know what it is, the whole bottom is locked up. Im about to part it out. VERY PISSED OFF! :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil:

splitting a case is easy. i bet mik6 can do it blind folded. i rebuild my t3 ans never opend the book. it really is simple if you are careful whn you take it apart. if the output shaft will not budge it is not the crank. remove the clutch hub and that should help to locate the problem.
