Need tri-z help

I took the topend off of my tri-z today and noticed that the crank had blue marks on it right where the rod pin is. looks to have gotten hot. Does this mean my bearing may be going out or is this normal.it seems to move freely.

pull your magnito cover off and grab your flywheel, if it has any play your crank bearings need replaced:beer

blueing or discoloration is normal.. but replace that wrist pin bearing anyways..any time you got it apart ...replace it ..wont hurt to get a new wrist pin also with C clips
