My Tri-z 310 Update!!!!!!

Well this week I finished building up my Z!! I just couldnt wait to put in the 310 kit with that PWK!! I knew it was going to be fast but what i didnt know was that it was going to be faster than I thought. When I took it around the block I was like WOW I hit 1,2,3 gear I parked it and I did some tuning. I took it around the block again I hit 1,2,3,4,5 didnt get to 6 gear that power band is just to much power I really need to change my rear sprocket may a 40T or 38T. One thing a can say is That I can really feel the difference I had phase two with the 38 flatside it was nice but the difference is day and night. I wonder how much HP did I gain?? What does everyone else thing about the 310 kit?? What jetting and what gears is everyone running?? I really got to thank Cory for his work!!!! I will but it to the test this weekend. Dude max thats the illest! Love it. Can you tell me what you think of the g-force? I just bought one for a banshee. Is that what you have. How did you setup the collars on the axle. I am having a bit of an issue with mine. I would like to talk to you about it! Thanks

With the G force I really havent had a problem. What the problem with yours? But yes I do thing its a nice axle for the money. Now that I remember I did shave the axle carrier a bit because I went with the banshee sprocet hub.

Max great news. The problem is with mine that when i even try to tighten the nut it locks the carrier up. I am using the large spacer all the way to the right, stock brake hub, stock carrier, new ALLBALLS bearing kit and seals, banshee sprocket hub and the nut. Am I missing something or what? How did you tighten your nut. I ordered a 2 3/4 wrench from snapon today LOL.

I use a really big adjustable wrench.. I cant wait to see to see your Z done!! Soon i need to powder coat my frame and some other parts..

mine's in storage until the current setup is worn out. Just re-built it so I might as well get my moneys-worth. What size/type of tires are you running on the rear?

i should have gotten a 310 kit when i had the chance but anyways yea thats a sweet looking bike didn't you have the klemm pipe on it or something?

Yes I did have another pipe on it. Iam not sure which to leave on I will make up my mind this weekend to see which hits harder with the 310 kit. There was a kit up for sale some guy really needed the money.

Well this weekend was I great ride for the Z. My wifey and I had I great time!! The 310 was whipping butt out there. The weather was 95+ !!!! The heat was on!!! I got to give it to her she has balls riding on the back she was holding on tight for her life!! lol. We got fulled with mud and she didnt say a word.
