Well, after the tear down and rebuild, I still couldn't get my 110 running. I checked compression, checked that all gaskets were properly seated, checked the valve train, redid the points off the cam, gapped them properly, gutted the tank, cleaned and rebuilt the carb, and even pull started it for hours. I thought I had checked everything twice, but finally, one last tear down revealed that the timing chain for the overhead cam had slipped off by ONE TOOTH during reassembly, causing the timing to be off. Hence the non running trike.
Here's a quick clip of it firing up after it being dead for who knows how long, and then the obligatory wheelie by yours truly:

Here's the just the wheelie part in real time:

I just HAD to bring it back from the dead. Check out this photo from 1980. That's my very first wheelie... on the exact same year/model I'm riding in the video. Coincidentally, the guy at the begining of the video in the white shirt and tan hat (my Uncle Dave) is the same guy that I flipped off the back of the three wheeler in this pict back in 1980. :-P

And yes, you helmet Nazi's... I'm not wearing a helmet... but thanks for noticing. http://www.spao.de/pict/smilies/biggthumpup.gif
