200x engine mount problem

[MADATC]

I was working on both my x's and on the one I noticed the top engine mount dangling. So I took off the tank to look closer and found the bolt that goes thru the engine mount had the head sheared off. I got my hammer and clanged it a few times but nothing budged. Can I just drill out the bolt that's in there?
