Put an ad on a Honda owners website last September asking for a c70/90 engine. Forgotten all about it 'till someone rang on Thursday with an offer of a complete C70 bike. Naturally I jumped at the opportunity and Friday discovered a sad wreck of a 27 year old machine that had been in a hedge for about 10 years! Never mind, might find some usefull bits on it so dragged it home. It was so bad the centre stand was rusted solid as was the back wheel. But ever the optimist I put the key in, kicked it over and it sparked!
Well, no stopping now so about 3 hours after getting home the bike was in pieces all over the garden and engine was in the trike. A dose of fresh petol and it fired second go, two more pulls and it was away! It's taken about another 3 hours to get all the ancilliaries back together ready for a test run in the morning, and the rest of the day tidying up!:w00t:

Some quick pics.
1, The donor, R.I.P.
2, Wheelie! Well only while I fitted the footpegs, tensioned the chain, and fitted my homemade exhaust flange gasket/filler. (amazing what you can do with tinfoil and gungum!)
3, Getting there.
4, Don't know what the plastics belong to, but the boltholes line up! The seat off the cub was an experiment to see wether it could be made to fit, and has since been abandoned.
