going through some of my parts and found a ytm225 durablue axle. Its thicker and one inch longer on each side. The only problem is that one hub is stuck. Its not welded but froze, as you can see I have been beating the hell out of it and still can get it off.
Has any seen one of these, are they poplar. I never knew that durablue even make them for the ytm 225's. cool find
any info would be great

never knew they made them either, but theres probably alot of stuff we never knew was made. Always cool to find old aftermarket parts like that, try not to destroy the axle splines getting it off. First thing I would have tried was some good penetrating oil then some heat and repeat. Could have probably been pressed off fairly easy also.

I already have tried a half a can of PB blaster and 3 tries with heat to get it off

I'd use real heat - oxy acetylene and a 20 ton press.

I posted up one I found on ebay a while back. This is only the 2nd one Ive seen. If you are using oxy-acetylene, be careful! About 6 lbs. of gas and about 35 lbs. of oxy. Definitely a nice find!
