200s wont start!

Hello all. Got a little problem here. I've just replaced the piston and rings on my 200s, but for some reason it wont start! It's got LOADS of compression, and a strong spark. I used an electric drill to turn it over, and it didn't even fire, even with a wiff of easy start. Does anyone know if i coulda got the timing wrong or something? I've yet to check it with a strobe gun. Any thoughts or views would be appreciated :)

i had this problem once after changing the ignition timing points on the side of the head, it is very easy to be 180 degress out and the piston wont hit so try rechecking the timing, also have you got fuel supply.
