RT180 front brakes on an 85 TRI-Z

OK so I read that RT180 front brakes work on a Tri-z. Went on Ebay and found some rt180 stuff front caliper line resi and lever. other than the line not being perfect (length/bends/coupling bends) it works good. these parts were off a 93 model and they all bolted on. I also got a caliper from what was advertized as a 01 which did not work.

Do you know if the tri z line would work? Maybe looking at the rear brake line.... Thanks!

I dont have a stock front line to try but as long as the line couplings are the same size I dont see a problem.
