350X jetting with E-Series pipe?

I manipulated a 400ex head pipe to fit my 350X I am running a 300ex White Bros E-Series slip on. How should I jet my stock carb so as to maximize the efficiency of my new custom exhaust? Oh, I am running an open element Uni filter with no air box. Please help.

Pity me, I can manipulate metal but cant tune a fine machine (

You need to buy a range of main jets, and take it out where you can cut read the plug. Swap them in until you get the right color. Thats the only way to know if your jetting matches your particular set of mods.
