well guys, it took me a week or so but i finally got some pics of the old girl in her new home. i know sykolincoln misses her but i assure him she's got a good home.

after THE GOAT and i drove 9 hrs to get her and then turned right around and drove 9 more to get home, i had to take some time to get used to it. since syko does excellent work, i really didn't have much to do to get her lookin and ridin good. mostly simple things had to be done. front tire, bearings, seals, fork seals, new rear brakes, went with the oem grips, gave that jimco exhaust a good polishing, and of course I had to paint the hubs to match the frame and seat.

now its just a matter of picking up one tooth on the front sprocket and maybe changing out the tires. i was kinda looking at the duro scorchers. i love the look and traction is not really a concern cuz she's probably never gonna go anywhere but on gravel, grass and some good ol hard pack dirt trails. we don't have much sand in south louisiana.

if anyone has the scorchers or has an opinion or them, please let me know, i don't wanna get em and rip em to shreds in a couple of months... here are some pics...so far

yes yes, i stole the grab bar, but unfortunately, I'm still afoot.

rode that sucker for the first time today, it's way different from my little 200x, the power hits great and it takes off pretty good.
