I've been running them since they came out, I like them. Ordered another set for my dune trike but havn't put them on yet. Way overkill for flat track but I like the feel of them so I left them on.

They are a fatbar so they will not bolt right up to the trike without mods or those rox risers. I'm having my top clamp line bored to accept them.

well I have the moose big bar adaptors so fitting them is no big deal, I may not run them on my flat tracker but my other porject may get them, I really like the feal of my twinwall renthals on my flat tracker and may keep them that way on that mahine.

I'll tell you, the flex bars are heavy, probably 3 times as heavy as fatbars. Not alot but everything counts when you try to cut weight on a machine.

im not worried about weight on my project, if I want to cut wieght I would take a dump before I ride everytime.lol, how do they feal other wise? do they actually flex some?

They flex but you hardly ever see them actually move. On my trx I've got the flex bars, an ativibe stem and stearing stabilizer and it feels so smooth I'll probably never go back to regular bars. I prefer the 14 degree bend, the bars are never in the way. The set I got for the trike are 14 degree as well but I won't get to test them until the dunes open up.

I was checking them out in the new Quad magazine and was thinking of trying a set on my trail bike.. I think I still might ... good the hear the revue on them..I think it will help cut out some of the vibration in a Z..not that I notice the vibration at all..

How strong are they during roll overs and that type of stuff?

thats a good question! I wounder myself, they come with differnt removable parts for differnt stiffness's (sp?) i wounder if they just break and instead of a regular bar bending into junk? and then you can just put in the new part? X-system???? do you know about that?

I havve flexx bars on my quad. And last year I going about 60mph during a race on very hard dirt (blue grooved) a slower rider difted in front of me I hit him and the quad tossed me off and it tumbled. The kill switch ripped of the bars and the bars themself smashed into the gas tank and the steering stem was bent bad. All that happened to the bars was one of the cross bars bent due to the gas cap and I had to replace the two pins and four clips. Cost was less then $50 to repair the bars. Any other bars I would of had to replace the entire bars at full price. Myself, I have not healed as of yet torn acl? and dislocated shoulder which happened back I May.

Havn't had my R upside down since I installed them so I don't know if they will bend or break but from what I've heard you can buy replacement parts for them. The only part that will bend on them is the area where your grips and levers mount, that center section is beefy, I don't think it will bend there unless it hits the ground square on the bars really hard.

I don't think I've read on any forum where anyone has bent or broke a set yet. You can get them new from C%D racing cheaper than most places, you can also buy used bars usually for around $200/$250 over on atvriders but if you go this way make sure you get all the elastomers with them.

Here's a few threads on atvriders for more opinions.

Do a search on fasst flexx and you will find all the bars for sale.

I've heard of mixed results with them. I think its either a kind of love em or hate em type deal.
