Ok guys, I rebuilt the rear shock yesterday per the manual and had it filled. Put it in today, and man it works....sorta. It dampens like it should (so nice!!!) but I think my spring is worn out or I did something wrong with the shock.

When I get off the bike it doesn't go all the way for a few seconds. It's like I hop off and then it slowely goes all the way. Like the spring can't push the shock all the way out. Is it my spring, or did I leave air in the shock?

It has been all spring for the last while, there was no atf in the shock at all. But it always stayed right at the top.

Perhaps your rebound damping is clogged? Or your spring isn't tightened enough?

Air in the shock would just make the damping really mushy, and possibly create "dead spots" with no damping near the end of the travel.

your spring is fine.....almost sounds like a bent shaft

is there a rebound adjustment? could be set at the slowest speed

Yep, that was my idea. I've had the same problem on my SDG Racing pitbike, it has rebound adjustment but not compression. With the rebound set all the way out, the shock is basically frozen in place when you compress it, it very VERY slowly rises back up.
