I have a ported/polished/sleaved cylinder that is off of a 83kx250(same cylinder design, but more radical porting) and the head was shaved. I have $500 into it and sold my tecate, so I have not need for it. want to buy it?

Its going in on the 18th. I got before pics and will have after pics. Im getting the Paint ,Polishing and Chroming done at SUMAX. I found them on the net, and they are close to home. I didnt realize the did the painting and stuff for Orange County Choppers. Check their site out, sweet work. The dude was pretty excited to trick up a Three wheeler.

Hey, atleast your not gonna give up riding. Ever think of making a nice tame riding sportbike with real soft suspension? With all the work your putting into the t3 (make it like a 2 stroke cadillac) I would stick with that unless your back truly cant handle it. Also, cool site for the shop.

wow they're prices are pretty steep. Granted they probably do great work and the prices are for bikes but would it really cost like $400 for a trike frame to get powdercoated?

why get a 4x4 QUAD!!!!! get a big red, since trailprotrailpro backs bad go for the 250 its got rear suspension. they have more than enough power to pull bucks out of the woods, as for your trip the big red can handle that too!!!!!! i mean cummon, a quad (well atleast u aint giving riding up altogether) :D

The Cal Fab is on and its a week or two from being done. Have some issues but we shall prevail. :beer
Oh my, that Cal-Fab looks damn good all polished up on the rear of my Tecate.
By the way the Frame is twisted a bit and been pounded out. Noticed some shotty welds also and dont have any Bottle mount setup as they are broke off the frame. 300EX rear shock here I come. Raptor shock with that bottle is a pain. So in other words this build isnt really done untill I get a real nice frame. And thats not happening anytime soon. Shes a real beast and with the right suspension and that extra 2" I will be really happy.
I will get pics in the next week. Wrong brake line sent so that goes back, carb choke wont work and I hear the Mikuni VM 36 is the hot setup, need a chain and the damn water Pump top coolant part bolts stripped out the top end. Stressing that. Lots of little problems but its real close.

I should get up there now that the weeds are gone..mike had been buggin me ..now is the time .. by early spring you can only see about 50% of the GOLD.
so your frame is waiting for you! and your closer to there than me..
That is how I found my 1977 atc 90!

I just noticed this thread last night and replied. Didnt even read it. I love that, my speed racing days are all over. Yea I got that quad and promply raced her around all over. I now realize that I just cant go slow no matter what I ride or how hurt I am. Damn, I need the Tecate just to slow down off the quad.:beer 800 lbs of muscle and soft suspension. Yea, last time I was at Bristol they were cleaning up and Bunk was saying he had someone to E-Bay his stuff. I tried to get that job but no luck. I will swing up there in the spring and see. Hes 15 minutes away and I love to dig around the pile and look on the shelves. Hey Raffa if your coming up to Mikes this spring lets get together and bust some sand behind his place. I want a sweet pic of me blasting a berm so I can do the Back window of my truck:w00t: I cant believe the Tecate is a week or two from being done:)
Damn just remembered. The last time I was at bunks I had a nice Honda 125M tool box lid in my hand and I didnt buy it. What a dumb mistake that was. I wonder if its still there.

Oh yea, I went there on my quad. Well as I was saying my big fast quad with the soft suspension. Well I let a friend ride it up to my camp on my birthday in May and it came back all mashed up:eek: . Its pretty much just sat since then. I missed alot of rides with the NY Riders and alot of exploring the Adirondaks up to my Camp this last summer. It was all good because I brought the 200x up and thats where I fell in love with it. 6 speed, wheelies, drifting corners, mud holes and 100 mile rides are all good for the X:beer
Hmm, I wonder if anyone would like to go up there for a long weekend. Ride all day and party all night:w00t: Future get together? Adirondak style.:beer
A dude a few camps down has a nice 86 200x also just like mine. I want it but he loves it.:welcome:
