まず回路として直流を採用しないと
コンデンサーはうまく機能しないと思います
ATC純正レギュレータは単に電圧上昇を抑えるだけで直流化はしません

まず整流器（ダイオードまたはレギュレートレクチファイア）
を実装して保安灯火用は直流化してコンデンサーに貯めて使用
ただATC200Xは非常に発電量が少ないと思います
標準で50W有るのでしょうか？
社外品で75Wを見たことがありますが
純正はお粗末なので全体の消費電力を計算してください


ライトのワッテージを多少下げてLEDの保安灯火を薦めます
バッテリーの実装も有利です
高回転時の高電力を旨く貯めて低回転時の発電量の少なさを埋めたり
LEDだと全く充電をしなくても保安灯火を数日は使えるはず
