atc185/200s (how much oil?)

i tried a few searches...i think my work blocks everything...nothing came up?

anyway i need oil and how much do i need? 2 quarts enough?

Oil capacity
1.35l ( 1.4 US qt) after disassembly
0.95l ( 1.0 US qt) after draining
and
engine oil recommandation
API Service classification SE or SF
SAE 10w-40
This is the recommandation that i find in the 200s 84-86 Honda service manual
