200x case leaking??

84 200x.. when running i get oil leaking on the shifter side of case hard to see but it looks like its around the primary sprocket area does this sound familiar to anyone? thanks

It sounds like the seal for the primary shaft is leaking. But the only true way to find the leak is to remove the sprocket and clean it real good then re-install the sprocket and take it for a spin then look in that area. If the seal is bad the collar might have a grove worn in it and jst replacing the seal won't fix the problem. But you will have to look.
