Ok I want to put small very small tires like racing slicks on my 1983 atc 70.

What will I need to do ? just buy tiny tires or also change out the axle and all that ?

You can use go kart wheels and tires if you get the wheels with the 3x100 bolt pattern. Why don't you ever use the search button before you ask questions.
