So I just got off the phone with Douglas Wheel to order 3 6X10 red lables and as of Jan. 1 2008 they will no longer make a custom rim unless you buy 24 at a time for $116.40 each  . So I guess now I will not be able to fill my front forks with a nice blue tire  . If anybody knows anywhere else to get one please let me know and I have already tried ITP & AMS no luck.

Thats a great alternative. Would the guy be able to modify a wheel for a 200x? I would be very intertested if i could find a cheap 10'' rim, theres just so many more tires out there for 10'' rims than 11.

Alan could this be done for a triz? I would love to move to a razr front tire. I am sick of 25 inch tires! I want something different!

I had one made for my freinds tri-z but I also changed his z over to a honda 250R hub as well, the Z hub is way to big to have a 10 inch rim fit

What did it cost for the Z front rim? What rim did you use? Honda 250R front hub? Which axle? What did you do for axle spacers?

That may be an alternative to a lot of us.

I'm really courious now.

sorry man, but i dont know too much about the What rims are interchangeable on the LT. The rim i have on There right now is a 2/3 offset ITP rim For a Lt250. I had picked it up for 4$ at the motorcycle shop on clearance.

For a new front option I need to know what is the bolt hole circle ( 4 on ?mm) on the front of a TRX 450R on on the YFZ? What width is the front rim and what offsets are available?

I thought Black Sheep figured out a way to combine to different rim halves to obtain a 10" rim? There is a thread on .org somewhere, not sure if it is a practical solution....

Thats pretty much what I did when I made my 10inch rim. Theres a thread here. I could Boubin/REAL Wheel and ordered 2 10inch wheel halves with 3 inch offsets. Welded them together and made them center. Then bored the center and drilled the lug bolt holes 4x165mm, drilled a hole for my valve stem, and Voila.
