Is that a 87 250R? Or a 85/86 with white plastics?

hey thats an awesome video, I gotta try dunes riding sometime, especially now after seeing that. about the 87R, I thought the same thing, if you pause the video at time 4:32, you can get a good side view of it, and when you compare it side by side with the picture from the brochure on here, I noticed that the main differences other than wheels and the rotor protectors are:
-blue fork boots on video R, red on 87
-red headlight housing on video R, white on 87
-black motor on video R, grey/sliver motor on 87
thats all I could notice, hey its possible it could be an 87 with swapped parts though. anyways, cool video!

That's defianetly 80's :)

I haven't seen riding gear like that for bout' 20 or so years. That turtle back plate the biker is wearing and the them red riding boots w/the 250R are 80's.
I think I even saw a someone with a 'mullet' wearing parachute pants' LOL

I don't know about you guys, but put Crue to a 3 wheeling video and life jus' don't get any better. It makes you feel like you can almost smell the 2 stroke oil like a fine vintage.:TrikesOwn

hello
great video, the only thing that would have made it better is if that music was'nt so loud. now i love good music but i would rather hear the sound that the bikes are making. a lot of good videos on you tube get ruined that way . thats just my 2 cents. i still like the video hopefully i will see silver lake this summer and i can try out sand.
