1985 ATC 70 carb leak

Hi all, I have an ATC 70 that runs very well, starts easy, and is in overall good mechanical shape. However when I push the machine around the garage it always leaks a bit of fuel. I think it's coming from one of the black tubes coming out of the carb.

Could this be because the float level is set too high? I also purchased a fuel shut off gasket that I have not installed yet.

Anyone had this problem?

The needle valve could have a groove in the tip allowing fuel to keep flowing by. I would pull the carb apart and check it out.
