could somebody post pic of what it is suppose to look like ive got alot of play like bolts arent long enough or something. has alot of side to side play.85 200x

I have an 85 200x, but i don't know what a rear sprocket is. If you tell my, I will take a picture.

where the chain is on back. between wheels ty and hows your motor coming along?

200x rear sprokets have some play ......even back when they were new

Almost all of them have some play like Swigin said. It's the sprocket hub that gets worn out. Mine was pretty bad, but I was lucky enough to get one a little better that came on an axle that I bought off of here. I'm not sure if you can still buy them new, so I'd say your best bet is to try to find a good used one if it really bothers you. Unless your chain pops off because of it, I wouldn't really worry about it.

mine has play too. but again all my sprockets had play. it a common thing for the x i guess. ive had 3 85 200x axles with all different hubs and sprockets and the still had play. so i just learned to except it and ride. as said above as long as its not causing any problems ...go with and leave well enough alone.

the chain does come off if you are real hard on it thats the reason id like to fix it. has anybody got one or know where i can get one. ty

i have 4 sprocket hubs besides the one im using. they all are good too. pm me if your interested.

like i said when mine was new back in the day it had play... just a crapy fit
