carb adjusting

Alright dudes...and duddettes...got the beast runnin..:w00t: ..cut the head pipe at the muffler....and pulled the plug....and sprayed wd-40 on everything electrical I could find.....now I just need help adjusting the carb....any takers.:beer ..its a 1984 Honda 200S
