Wouldn't be worth the trouble. Do a search it's been discussed over and over.............................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. .................................................. ...........................

I personally don't think it's worth it, there really not much faster, and even though the parts are more plentiful and the reverse is there, it would need extensive framework.
Are you open to ideas?
Why not do a 2 stroke swap like I did. Not a lot of people have done it and it would be cool to see more.
Maybe look for a air cooled CR125 or similar?

it's been looked at....a lot. the 300ex engine is very large, almost to the point of a 350x. the increase in hp would be nice, especially since it would only increase the weight of the trike by like 10 pounds...but it isn't worth it.

I dont know much about the 200X but if it were me i'd look into a Powroll Kit for the 200X motor (if available) and build one of those up. Direct bolt on:naughty:

The 200X frame is too small.

You can dump 1000$ into a high performance 4 stroke real quick. The basic HC piston and matching cam with all the goodies is about 600$. Thats why people would rather stuff a larger engine in there....
