Electrical Help Needed!

I stripped my KLT200 down and put it back together but there is one wire that my notes made no sense for. The Starter Relay has these two color-coded wires coming off of it. The green/yellow is patched into the black/red (see pic) and it doesn't seem to be mentioned anywhere on the wiring diagram. Would I be correct in assuming that this is just a wire to ground the starter relay to the frame, or should it connect to the battery?

Looks like a mess. ignore whats there and find the Black from the start switch, and the B/Y (ground). Hook the two solenoid wires to them.

DONT confuse them with the wire that is powered from the battery, smoke might fly!
