86 atc & 86-87 trx swingarm Q?

Will a 86 atc 250R swingarm interchange with a 86-87 trx. We are having a +6 arm built, but the place only has jigs for a 86-87 trx. He, as well as us are under the assumption that they are interchangeable physically, only that one, either the atc or trx may have been shorter or longer when originally built by Honda. Thats why they don't have the same oem part #. Has anyone ever swapped out the two? I know axle, brake stay, bearings, and even the pivot bolt are all the same. But we have to know for sure. This atc's gonna be a nice one when done!:naughty:

They are the same, the only difference between them are the decal sizes from atc to trx. I remember someone telling me the decals on the trx are a little bigger than the atc's were.
