200x rear too bouncey

You think the shock is shot, or is normal for a 200x?
It just seems to bounce too much. I am sure my fat *Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited**Edited* isn't helping things either. 220lbs.

the shock holds gas. The seal wears and the gas leaks out.. then its like a pogostick
