I dont beleive there ever was of the smaller ones with a manual, but if memory serves me right I thought there may have been a moddification offered back in the day that you could add the manual clutch to the engine, but im unsure about that, some people have been putting the LIFAN manual motors in there machines now.

Can't think of any smaller Hondas that were manual clutch. Possibly one of the Kawasaki's? Back in the day i had an old '71 Honda CT70 trail bike...... that was a four speed manual. But as far as Honda 3 wheelers go...... I believe all the 90, 110 and 125 models were semi-autos.......... ?? :beer

the CT 70 and 90 manual clutch componenets will fit the ATC 70's and 90 /110's

There were never any manual clutch atc 90\110 sold to the public.
There are other honda 90 engines that will bolt into the atc 90\110 that will work though and eliminate the hi\lo tranny at the same time. One of the engines is more common than the other. Both engines are kick start and can be converted to pull start if you wanted to do it. The pull start conversion is a bolt on, you just have to mix and match the right parts. No big deal, but a lot of planning.
