Shifting ?

Man I was out riding in the snow (FUN AS HELL) and missed a shift on the SX and it sliped into a neutral between gears and made a horrible sound (grinding kind of). I quickly shifted it out and its going perfectly again.

Is that normal? Is there a problem headed my way?

Ya know what.... The SX has a design flaw. I'm unsure why, but if you lug it in a high gear the tranny goes haywire and missed shifts do it too. I believe it's due to the linkage for the clutch action and it half shifts and doesn't lock in.

Yeh, your scereewed...... J/K, it's normal and shouldn't harm it as long as you let off when it happened. It's just weird that the SX has this problem and I don't like friends to ride mine because with the semi-auto shift, they forget what gear there in.
