Hello all, I've been lurking for some time trying to read up as much as possible. I purchased an '85 Tri-Z a couple of months ago and it needs a little bit of work. First up is new wheels/tires in the rear as my left rear won't hold air, and the wheels are both scuffed up real good. I ordered some gold banshee wheels/tires and some banshee hubs off of E-bay and they arrived yesterday. I'm wondering what all is involved in removing the old hubs and installing my new ones? I've looked in the manual, but it mentions nothing at all about removing the hubs.

Thanks for your help. This is a great forum. :TrikesOwn

Pull the cotter pin out of the end of the axle and remove the castle nut. the hub and wheel will slide right off the end of the axle.

Welcome to the boards. :welcome: :pics:

Thanks a lot. I will post pics some time after Christmas. The plastic on my machine is very shoddy and has been spraypainted by a previous owner. I should have new Maier front and rear plastics after Christmas.
