i have put slime in the tire and it slows down the leak tire is leaking from a crack made by sitting on a flat the crack is about 1/2 inch how do repair this ??? PLUGS???
take it to a tire shop, or better yet a place that has tracktor tires, they can remove the tire and put a vulcanized patch on the inside that will fix it.

if its cracked from setting theres no real fix. you can put a tube in it though.

Patches dont work well on sidewalls... A new set of tires is your best bet... I would only put a tube on a front tire..

Just curious as to why not putting them on the back? I never though about adding a tube to the tire. I got 3 wheels that now I can use :w00t: Great post btw :)

I just have never had good luck with tubes on the rear... Unless you do both of the rears they never seem to inflate or handle the same... And I seem to get all of my flats on the rear, and fixing tubed tires is a pain . I like to just shove a plug in a tubeless tire and forget about it...
