What tools does someone need to do this. Will a dremel work with the correct bits? I just bought a Tri Z and took the piple off and the jug and the jug has alot of build up on it. My question is will I screw it up if I try this myself.

If you don't have a clue about it don't try it on your own.
The main thing to remeber is that you are tryin to smooth the path of the air flow, not boring the ports. In most cases the air flow is restricted the most at the top of the ports.
Atleast do some reading up on it via google search

dont try to do any altering to the size or shape of anything without knowing what you are doing... removing casting flash and small imperfections isn't a bad idea if you are bored and looking for something to do, but polishing is a waste of time
