got me a honda!

I finally got myself a honda. A 200m but it needs some work. The rear fenders are useless, so i made some metal ones for the time being. This thing was in a crash and sat forever, so the motor is mint, starts on half a pull and its winter! My biggest problems are the breaks. No rear brakes, need a cable and handle for the front. I looked at the rear and the pads arent there, and im assuming theres supposed to be some kind of drum to, but its not there either, adn the hubs are welded on, so i think im screwed, any ideas?

I had a M for parts once, and the hubs were welded on too! What are people thinking! LOL

Is the drum and housing gone? If so, your outta luck, as I'm sure you have realized. The only thing you could do is cut the axle off and find ya another one that has a good rear on it. Remember to put new axle bearings and seals if you do the swap.
